Patrick McCabe – Author

Patrick McCabe was born in Clones, Co.Monaghan in 1955.

He has written many novels, and has also written for stage and screen, the latter including The Butcher Boy and Breakfast on Pluto. His plays include The Dead School, with Macnas and Andrew Flynn’s company Decadent, both in Galway, and Frank Pig Says Hello, nationwide tour 2018 with Co-Motion and Joe O’ Byrne.

His latest novel, The Big Yaroo, is due from New Island publishers in the Autumn.
